I have posted a section on this site with a brief summary of my workout and nutritional information.  Nothing too cutting edge or in-depth but enought to get started since I get the question often as to what is my diet and workout.  I wrote these years ago and have briefly polished them up but nothing too major.  I’m probably a good bit more cardio active than these pages would lead on but it’s just because I enjoy being outside and active and not because I get the best bang for the buck in weight loss from it.  So click below if you want to some info.
